How do I start working with our daily sales data in Denmark: Pharmaview Dynamics - Daily data

Get introduced to your information on the Danish price-setting solution: Pharmaview Dynamics - Pricing

Pricing

Every 2 weeks, the price competition in the Danish pharmaceutical market is updated. We import all relevant data from DKMA.net and have created a system where you can see all relevant prices in the specific competitive reference groups, both current and historical periods. Also, actual volume sales for the products are implemented in this system. Finally, besides doing your analysis in Pharmaview Pricing, we also support in setting and uploading prices to the file you need to send to DKMA.net every second Monday. The pricing solution is available as a Basic, Plus or Pro solution. You need the Plus version to include Volume sales and the Pro-version to get input for price prediction and set new prices.

Important time stamps for updates in Pharmaview Pricing

  • Friday approx. 20.30.
Friday evening the current prices are loaded and the Pricing overview is up-to-date including new packages. Now it is possible for you to price products that you have also priced previously. New products may not be priced at this point in time.
  • Monday approx. 10.00.
Monday morning Pricing Pro is updated with sales data covering the previous Tariff period.
  • Monday approx. 13-14.
Pricing Pro is updated with information about new ownership of new packages. It is now possible for you to set prices for all products.

Please use the guide to get started - Introduction to Pricing

Setting prices for the next tariff period is possible to work with in the system - you need to work with Import of data and also setting prices for completely new products

A feature giving you input on price prediction for the reference groups have been implemented - you can read about the background and statistical methods here
