Student Assistant for the RWE Team

Are you passionate about epidemiology, registry data, and R? And are you curious about working in or with the pharmaceutical industry? Then this is your opportunity for a meaningful student job where you can apply the skills you have gained through your studies while also developing plenty of new ones. All of this in a fantastic team where we support each other and have fun along the way.

About the team

In the Real-World Evidence team, we help pharmaceutical companies investigate patient populations, medication use, and associations with health outcomes using data from Nordic health registries. Our team consists of health economists, epidemiologists, analysts, and consultants who together have extensive expertise in using patient data to generate everything from insightful descriptive analyses, such as patient numbers and treatment patterns, to complex scientific studies.

About the role

As a student assistant on the team, you will gain solid hands-on experience working with registry data and coding in R. You will contribute to projects by helping develop study protocols, identify and combine relevant registries, define study populations, analyze data, and interpret results.

About you

We imagine that you:

  • Have recently started your master’s degree, or are nearing the end of your bachelor’s degree, in Public Health Science or a related field
  • Are interested in epidemiology, statistics, and data
  • Have basic programming experience in R
  • Would enjoy being part of a team where there is room for serious analysis, bad jokes, and a daily group trip to our café

Practical information

As a student assistant, you will typically work two days per week, with flexibility to accommodate your class schedule and exam periods. We expect you to work primarily from the office, as being part of the team and our day-to-day collaboration is an important part of the role.

Our office is located at Life Science Huset, Lersø Parkallé 101, 2100 Copenhagen Ø. We offer a fantastic lunch programme as well as a range of other employee benefits.
