We are looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Consultant or Principal Consultant to join our office in Copenhagen. In this role, you will help life science companies generate actionable insights from real-world data and translate them into strategic decision support across the product lifecycle. You will work closely with leading pharmaceutical companies in the Nordics, delivering high-impact analyses, evidence generation, and strategic advice that support evidence-based decision-making. The role As Senior / Principal Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting life science clients in leveraging real-world evidence to inform strategic and operational decisions. The role combines expertise in real-world data, data analysis, life science, and consulting, and includes working closely with clients to translate complex healthcare data into clear and actionable insights. Depending on experience level, you will take responsibility for leading workstreams or projects, contributing to client dialogue, and supporting proposal development and new opportunities. In more detail, your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following: Real world data & Evidence generation Design and execute real-world evidence projects using Nordic healthcare data sources Translate real-world data into insights that support commercial, clinical, and policy decisions Work with large Nordic healthcare datasets including registries, quality databases, and electronic health records Apply statistical analyses and data-driven approaches to address pharmaceutical companies Contribute to projects that support market access, launch preparation, and post-launch evidence generation Project leadership & client engagement Manage project delivery including timelines, scope, resources, and quality Act as a key point of contact for clients during projects Translate complex analytical results into clear and actionable insights for clients Support the scoping of new projects and proposal development Present analyses and recommendations to clients in a clear and compelling manner Team contribution Collaborate with colleagues across Signum’s Nordic offices Engage cross-functionally with teams working within market access, HEOR, insights, and commercial strategy Contribute to knowledge sharing and methodological development within the team Contribute to maintaining a positive and inclusive team environment Your profile Successful candidates are likely to have the following background, skills, and experience: Master’s degree or PhD in epidemiology, biostatistics, health economics, public health, data science, or a related field Experience working with real-world data and healthcare datasets Experience from the pharmaceutical industry, consulting, or a similar life science environment is required Experience working with RWE in market access, HEOR, or commercial evidence generation is considered a strong advantage Experience with statistical software such as R (preferred), SAS, Stata, or Python Experience managing projects and interacting with clients or stakeholders Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Strong communication skills in English (Nordic language skills are an advantage) For Principal Consultant candidates, additional experience with project leadership, client dialogue, and proposal development is expected.
