Senior Commercial Executive, Nordics

We are hiring a Senior Commercial Executive to drive commercial activities across the Nordics, with a clear primary focus on Norway.

This is a hands-on commercial role, where you own revenue, pipeline, and key client relationships in Norway, while actively contributing to Nordic accounts and opportunities.

You will operate in a line setup, working closely with Nordic leadership and activating specialists across RWE, Data Science, Market Access, and consulting in general.

What you will own

  • Primary ownership of Norway (revenue, pipeline, clients)
  • Active role and ownership in selected Nordic accounts and opportunities
  • Contribution to Nordic commercial execution

What you will do

  • Drive sales and revenue growth in Norway
  • Support and develop Nordic client opportunities across markets
  • Lead client meetings, proposals, and negotiations end-to-end
  • Build strong relationships with pharma stakeholders across Norway and Nordics
  • Identify and convert new business – both local and Nordic opportunities
  • Translate Nordic strategy into clear local execution in Norway
  • Bring in specialists early to strengthen solutions and win deals
  • Maintain tight pipeline discipline and CRM hygiene
  • Collaborate across countries to unlock cross-Nordic value
  • Ensure high-quality delivery and client satisfaction
  • Support a well-functioning Norwegian office environment

  • Structured, predictable execution

What you bring

  • 5+ years in pharma / life science / healthcare sales
  • Proven ability to drive revenue and win new business
  • Experience working across multiple stakeholders and markets
  • Strong understanding of the Norwegian healthcare market
  • Experience from a Nordic or international setup is a plus
  • Relevant degree (life science, business, or similar)
