With Signum investing in a new technology stack spanning backend systems, data foundations, and customer-facing platforms, you will play a key role in driving some of our most important initiatives and ensuring successful execution of our strategy. Your responsibilities Drive projects from initial scoping to delivery and handover to operations Structure and manage scope, timelines, milestones, resources, and dependencies Drive strong execution through proactive risk, issue, and change management Facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams (UX, product, Data Science, BI, Engineering and Consulting) Communicate clearly with stakeholders at all levels — technical and business Support leadership with decision-making through structured analysis Ensure high-quality delivery with clear acceptance criteria and proper documentation Continuously improve project governance, tools, and ways of working Your profile We imagine that you: Bring solid experience as an IT Project Manager or similar role Combine strong technical understanding with strong business acumen Are structured, proactive, and naturally take ownership Excel at stakeholder management and communication across diverse audiences and stakeholder types Excel in an environment with multiple parallel projects and shifting priorities Understand how to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions Experienced in translating business needs into structured project plans and actionable deliverables Create compelling presentations, analyses, and business cases for decision-making Translate complex business needs into clear project plans and actionable deliverables Are a facilitator who drives alignment and collaboration Hold one or more certifications IPMA, PMI, PRINCE2, SAFe, Scrum Master, and Change Manager (ADKAR) or similar. Have experience leading cross-functional teams Experience from life science is a plus but not required.
