Student Assistant for HR

Then you have the opportunity to become an important part of our small but dedicated People & Culture team at LIF – where you’ll support both Danish and Nordic colleagues in Signum, Atrium, and DMVO.

As our new P&C Coordinator / Student Assistant, you’ll work closely with our People & Culture Manager – and you’ll have the chance to contribute to exciting projects, a positive atmosphere, and a healthy work environment.
Your tasks will include recruitment processes, internal training courses, PowerPoint presentations, employee well-being, implementation of a new HR platform, and much more.

  • Are an ambitious student within HR, Organization and Management, HA(psych.), Cand.merc. (HRM), Communication (KU, RUC, SDU), or have experience with HR tasks, recruitment, and process updates.
  • Have strong communication skills in both Danish and English (written and spoken).
  • Work in a structured, independent, and engaged manner.
  • Are responsible and flexible – a good team player.
  • Possess strong IT skills (primarily within the Office suite).
  • Have a good understanding of HR practices and business acumen and know how to translate theory into practice.
  • Thrive in a dynamic workday with a variety of tasks.

Experience from a similar position and motivation for administrative tasks is an advantage, but not a requirement.
