We are looking for a skilled and motivated Analyst / Senior Analyst to help deliver high-impact RWE studies, data-based insights, advanced analyses, and strategic advice that support evidence-based decision-making across the life science sector. Signum Life Science partners with leading pharmaceutical companies in the Nordics to generate insights that form the basis for future business decisions and strategies, ultimately improving outcomes for patients and society. You will join a growing RWE team of epidemiologists, consultants, analysts, and specialists working across the full drug lifecycle, both pre- and post-launch, primarily using Danish and Nordic registry health and patient data. The role You will play a key role in supporting life science clients in leveraging real-world data and evidence to guide decisions throughout the product life cycle. Depending on your seniority, your responsibilities will range from hands-on analytics to project leadership and client engagement. In more detail, your key responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the following: Data management & Analytics Support end-to-end delivery: protocol/SAP inputs, cohort definitions, data extraction requirements, general data management, cohort creation, statistical analysis, interpretation and communication. Deliver high-quality outputs: client-ready slide decks, reports, and scientific material Apply structured, reproducible, and quality-assured workflows (documentation, peer review, versioning). Collaborate cross-functionally within the team and within Signum to support deliverables. Project leadership & client engagement (depending on profile and motivation) Manage timelines, scope, resources, and delivery quality across projects. Support scoping of new opportunities, proposal development, and client dialogue throughout the project lifecycle. Collaborate cross-functionally with HEOR, market access, medical, regulatory, and commercial stakeholders to align evidence generation with broader objectives. Team contribution Contribute to internal collaboration, knowledge sharing, and (for senior roles) mentoring and capability building. Contribute to our positive and inclusive team environment Your profile We are open to different seniority levels, but you are likely to have: MSc or PhD in data science, life science, epidemiology/pharmacoepidemiology, mathematics, statistics, biostatistics, public health, health sciences, economics, or similar. Strong data management and analytical skills with attention to detail and quality. Experience with R (preferred; used in-house) and/or other statistical software (SAS, Stata, Python). Interest in and/or experience with drug utilization, drug development, pharmacoepidemiology, observational studies, and real-world data. Preferably experience with Danish/Nordic health registries (not a requirement—motivation and learning ability matter). Strong communication skills in English (Nordic language skills are an advantage depending on role and location).
